A re-imagining of a fifteenth century Franco-Flemish chanson, the original 3 texts from the anonymous chanson alternate and layer over each other in competing meters and modes. One text contains vulgar humor that may not be appropriate for young singers. Composed for and premiered by C4: the Choral Composer/Conductor collective, with conductor Martha Sullivan, in 2010.
